The former Melrose Place vixen keeps her
figure sizzling by sticking to a low-fat diet. But she's not afraid
to load up on carbs--she just works them off with an exercise routine
known as the "S Factor" a mix of yoga, Pilates and pole-dancing,
three times a week.
Since appearing on the first season of ABC's
hit Dancing With the start, the one-time cheerleader added dancing
to her exercise regimen. And why not? She burned away 10 pounds by
dancing for four hours a day for more than eight weeks!
